吃水果抗皺防老化?營養師指出,年過25就要開始準備「抗皺」,除可多攝取含膠原蛋白食物外,其中7種「美容水果」富含維生素A、C,具抗氧化功能,不僅可以養顏美容,同時可以緩解肌膚皺紋浮現,不過,建議水果不要天天吃同一種,而應多樣化攝取,讓肌膚能充分吸收不同營養素,達到緩解老化皺紋的目標。


台安醫院營養師劉怡里指出,皺紋的預防,除了改善不良生活習慣、保持良好心情、加強防曬、合理使用化妝保養品之外;其實,飲食與皺紋有絕對的關係。飲食若吃對了,就有足夠的營養供給,幫助延緩肌膚老化速度,預防皺紋產生。
3大營養素防皺紋增生
1.膠原蛋白:膠原蛋白是皮膚結構中的支架及彈簧,支撐著皮膚。隨著年齡的增長,膠原 蛋白會不斷流失,真皮組織會塌陷,皮膚會鬆弛,出現皺紋。吃富含膠原蛋白的膠質食物,有助延緩皮膚老化,讓肌膚緊緻有彈性。
2.維生素C:可以保護皮膚細胞,提升皮膚再生機能;促進真皮層的膠原蛋白增生,使肌膚有彈性、不鬆弛。此外,維生素C還能抵擋紫外線侵害,促進色素代謝,有助淡化斑點。還能改善皮膚血液循環不良引發的皮膚暗沈,達到皮膚除皺及亮麗、美白等功效。
