We always cooked the way like mom did. When I was cooking, I always thought how will mom cook them and so did YL thought about his mom's method, then sometimes we had arguement on how to cook the food. We would discuss the differences between the two ways of cooking and finally chose a better way. Or, we would choose one of them to try the first time and the other way next time.
YL made the soya bean milk and the burger, but he failed to make the burger in a piece, so I helped him to stick them together by adding more meats, eggs, gingers and putting starch on the surface of the burgers before fried. Finally, it became pieces of soya-meat burger.
