I cooked some sticky cake ( 'Nian Kau' which blessing for the improvement in the coming new year) with potatoes and carrots, normally, my mom will cooked them with yam, but it was easy to find potatoes here in Netherlands. As for the carrots sticky cake, it was requested by Syuan.
The sweet sticky cake tasted not bad with the crispy fried potatoes.
